Thai Massage

Thai massage is a traditional massage which both relaxes and energises. It focuses on helping the body to maintain the balance in energy flow throughout the body, which is believed to be the key to good health. Stretching, energy work and acupressure are used to open energy channels, allowing the body to rebalance and thus heal itself. Using techniques learned at Wat Po Temple, Bangkok, the leading school of massage in Thailand, the massage applies pressure to points along the energy lines (Sen Lines). Gentle rocking techniques, compression, and elongation of the muscles with yoga-like stretches relaxes tight muscles and opens stiff joints, allowing energy to flow with less obstruction. This massage is done over the clothes so wear comfortable clothing ie loose trousers or leggings.

Reiki

Reiki is a method of natural healing based on the use of Universal Life Force. It is channelled through the practitioner’s hands. One treatment is physiologically the equivalent of 3 to 4 hours’ deep sleep. It helps you find true peace of mind and brings positivity to help you cope with life’s daily challenges.
